Big O Tires gave me a good price on 4 new tires. Ridiculous and unrelenting construction in downtown Victoria made it almost impossible to access thiis business. My 18 minute delay was accomodated wirh quick and quality service. Aftercare service of tire rotation etc ifantastic. Definitely recommend this business.
Work was performed well, faster than expected. No uncessary waiting around until the mechanic finished another job.

Extremely knowledgeable staff. I knew my H3 had some issues and that it might be expensive to repair. I tool it to a Chevy dealership amd some recommended I try this place. I never knew they had a mechanical facility. I dealt with Trevor who had it diagnosed. They found the same issues and carefully exained step by strp what i needed right away, what could wait and how we could save a bit of money. I got it back, it works great, good price, and really friendly people.
They forgot to properly tighten all of the lug-nuts on one of my wheels!!!! Almost fell off on the highway!! I got new tires put on at Big-O-Tires and then drove 10-12 km (toward the ferry) before my car started shaking. When I pulled over I noticed all of the lug-nuts on one of my wheels were finger-loose. When I went to discuss this with someone at the shop the manager told me it must have been because they had hired new trainees. I guess they don't have their experiences employees check the work of the trainees before returning it to the customer! Also, Big-O-Tires does not have any Road Hazard Damage warranty on their tires like many other places. Why anyone would buy tires at Big-O-Tires is beyond me.
We are very sorry you experienced a negative experience with our establishment. The incident has been investigated and additional training, and procedures have been put in place. Awesome service!
Very knowledgeable stuff and sincere service. The owner, Randy spent a lot of time explaining the difference in tires and took care of all the concerns I had with my vehicle!! I'd definitely go back there again for next purchase/service and recommend to all my friends! Thank you!!
