    My husband and I are extremely satisfied with our Colwood, Craftsman Collision. From the moment an appointment was made to repair the damage done it could not have gone smoother. We were informed through out the process and were very happy to have it returned to us looking like it never happened and sooner than anticipated. A sincere thank you to Toby, Dawson, Tricia and all the amazing staff behind the scenes who did an amazing job!!

    Beware of incompetence

    Craftsman would be perfect if you didn't have to deal with any of the front of house staff. It's like dealing with third graders in dress shirts. No information gets passed along between co workers. When I dropped my vehicle off and picked it up no one knew what was going on. WARNING. TAKE EXTENSIVE PHOTOS of your vehicle before it goes into the shop. The pre damage walk through you do with them is up for dispute when you pick your car up because of a lack of photo evidence..
