    I had a leaded glass interior door fixed for $450. A couple months later it fell out and smashed. Rather than take responsibility for his workmanship, I was met with hostility and accused of lying. He offered a 'deal' of $450 and we eventually agreed on $300. Two months later I picked up the door and he tried to charge $350. Again he was aggressive and accusatory. I had to insist that I just wanted to pay and leave! Glass Smith gets the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AWARD. Congratulations!

    This company is knowledgable, efficient, helpful and on time. I found their services perfect for my needs. I like the location, and the funky entrance, and artistic display. Always, interesting to walk in and pick up an order. They also offer stained glass works courses, which I am tempted to try one day.
