Mr. Lube + Tires

The guys here are awesome, especially Thai and Caleb and Nick everyone should come and get their oil changed here, they changed my headlight, checked my tires and put on new windshield wipers all while I was in line for my oil change. Especially Thai and Caleb and Nick, thanks guys. Norm H

I recommended this store to my 80 year old mom as she needed a simple oil change thinking it would be around 60 to 80 dollars. She returned with a 660 dollar bill! I guess they decided she needed a new 200 dollar battery and a lot of other expensive necessities to her car. She said the service people were extremely nice but was not aware of any of the prices. I would recommend the technicians review the prices of things they are recommending to people and stop upselling elderly people

My experience at Mr.Lube was horrendous. One of the employees who got into my vehicle had broken the arm rest. The employee at fault had admitted to breaking it. I expected to get it sorted with them. Instead I was told by the supervisor that it was my fault and it had to have been faulty before! They were very rude to me and sent me on my way with no reasoning and told me “that’s your own problem”. Absolute worst experience, save your time and money and go somewhere else. Unbelievable.

Went to Mr. Lube for an oil change and my car was damaged. Mr. Lube promised to pay the damages and referred me to a mechanic. I went to the mechanic and he said Mr. Lube was refusing to pay. I went back to Mr. Lube, the manager watched the video of my vehicle being damaged but said that this was not enough evidence for him. I was a repeat customer at Mr. Lube and I am NEVER going back. Due to the lack of integrity, horrible customer service, and damaging vehicle service, I do not recommend

A big thank you to Mark and all the staff at the Mr Lube at the Douglas Street Victoria location. My car broke down and I was towed there and had the best service ever in my entire life as a vehicle owner. I will forever be grateful for getting me back up and running again. Sincerely J.Churchill

These guys are seriously the best! I was stranded as a hose in my car blew and leaked out all my coolant. I called to see if they would be able to take a look at my car if I got a tow truck to drop me off. Instead, they ended up coming to me and fixed my car where it had broken down. I am so appreciative that they went out of their way to help me! I cannot thank them enough, they were absolutely amazing :) I know where I will be taking my car for servicing from now on!
