If you want a vender to attempt to ruin your wedding single handedly, Ryan is your man! After we hired him, Ryan declined for months to respond to questions about the canapé menu and acted extremely put out when I politely asked him four questions via email. He “happily” terminated the contract three months before the wedding only after he took the time to complain about me to my fiancé. He then declined to return the entire security deposit. In a word: unprofessional!
Uh oh spaghetti throw. I recently had the unpleasant experience of being served by Ryan, the owner of Open Water Catering. I observed him drop spaghetti on the floor and pick it up with his gloved hand and toss it onto the counter. He continued to grab food items with the same dirty glove. Ryan was temperamental towards me when I asked him for the veggie spaghetti option. He angrily grabbed my plate from my hand and had a fit. I declined his food & reported his actions to the food safety board.
