I called after hours, and yet Mike called, gave me a quote and said he could be here in 10 minutes. He arrived, dealt with this huge wasp nest, and was gone within a very short time. We are now wasp free! Love this service. Thanks PSI!

Fast efficient and knowledgeable. Came to the house the same day and set traps for us. Gave us the option of taking care of the rest ourselves and that suits us just fine. glad to have someone come out the same day.

Bats, not rats - Thank you, PSI!

Hurray to PSI, for swift free and courteous service. I called several pest control companies this morning after being disturbed last night by the sound of rats in my chimney flue. One of the companies was prepared to bill me a flat rate for rat control. PSI offered a free investigation. Their pest management specialist arrived in minutes. After investigating the scene, he informed me our house has insect-eating bats (not rats) nesting in the interstices around my chimney. He showed me their guano, so I could identify it myself. These beneficial animals are migratory, and there is no need to kill them or chase them away. Thanks again, PSI!
