Quite enjoy stopping here whenever I'm in town. The owner is friendly and helpful. The fact that his supplies are not just Plainsman clay provides more variety than I find in other supply houses. While it's a small space, it's large in creativity and expertise.

If I opened a clay shop I would aspire to this.

This was my first visit. I am new to the area, and have no personal interest. Perhaps the best customer experience of my life! Spent over an hour in the shop. WHile I was there, at least half a dozen customers came and went, everyone got attention, and everyone left happy. I left with a lot of good advice (and felt some of my own ideas were received with interest). The contrast with VI Pottery Supply is remarkable. Have more to say, but limit is 500 chars. Looking forward to my next visit!

Awesome service

Dan has always supplied great service. Sometimes he doesn't have what I need in stock, but he'll bring it in. When I'm not sure, he's happy to supply an opinion. Although sometimes his suggestions aren't 100%, neither is clay! Don't argue with him and you'll get great service. Who likes to be asked what they think and have someone argue - not me!

good service

The owner has a good stock of pottery supplies but he also makes regular trips to Seattle to collect supplies from there. Over the years I have requested numerous specialty items like Mason stains and frits which he has been able to bring me over from Seattle. Last time I was looking for clay, he did not have Plainsman clays but he has a range of similar clays from USA at competitive prices. George Mackie

not a great experience

Horrible customer serive, very rude and he hung up on me . if a business wants a customers business hanging up on them isnt a good idea. i dont recommend anyone who want good customer service go there.
