Our company focused on providing larger vehicles that were all wheel drive (AWD), so that not only could we carry all your belongings but we could also get you to where you have to go. All wheel drive vehicles are an advantage in Whistler as it is located in a mountainous area where road conditions are often treacherous.     I am a 100% sure that I dropped my phone yesterday in a resort cap. I have called 5 minutes after I got dropped off and nothing. Phone got turned off immediately and no effort was made for contacting the driver and returning my phone. Very disappointed with the service and as I have heard my friends had similar experiences with forgotten items in resort taxis...

    We called and they said they would be at our place in 5 minutes, after waiting half an hour we called back and they said it would be 10 minutes. After another half an hour they did not answer our calls. Very disappointed in this company and will definitely never use again.
