Great group of ladies at this salon always VERY helpful and friendly. I get my nails and hair services done here and couldn't be happier. THANK YOU Leeann Reani Renee Brandy Kia & all other staff members. Great Customer Service Everytime.

Rude Place, Never will I walk in there again!

I can not describe the Terrible experience i had at this "salon". First I call and make an appointment (gel nail fill)- given 2 time to pick from 9:30am or 12:00, ok fine I chose the 12 because its on a Saturday and i like sleeping in. they took my name and number, I made sure it was 12 noon, she said yes noon. I arrive at 10 to noon and after waiting in the front for what seems like forever for someone to even say anything to me the hair dresser barks at me if I have an appointment, i say yes and noon, they call to the back for the receptionist to come out she comes out. informs me that my appointment was at 11, and that she will "ask her what she can do" Her being the nail tech I'm assuming. she goes to the back again comes out and says that "she" doesn't have time and to reschedule. Why wasn't I called to be informed that I didn't arrive at my scheduled time. Williams Lake isn't that big I could have been there within 5 min's (and that includes a shower!) Did they not notice that I didn't show up? The women working at the salon were rude and disrespectful, I felt so out of place and that they didn't want me there. I have been getting my nails done for over 2 years in many different cites (PG, Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver) And I have never felt so uncomfortable in a salon before. Needless to say I didn't reschedule!!
