Turtle Bay Medical Clinic

I have been a patient at the Turtle Bay Medical Clinic for several years. The doctors, nurses and staff provide excellent care. They are friendly, knowledgeable, caring professionals. My doctor listens to me and acts on any medical issues I have, this includes referrals to other resources, etc. I have learned to use the online appointment booking system and have found it to be easy to use and change if need be. My husband and I couldn't ask for better medical support. Thank you.

The clinic accepted us as patients, our doctor left on leave (hardly a patient's fault) and they didn't provide us with a new family doctor. They now will not take on any new patients. Terrible service

Rude staff and terrible phone system. This is also stated as a walk in facility but is not. You must have a phone appointment first, even sitting in waiting room. Dont go here unless you must.

I have been taking a medication for four years that I cannot stop taking or I get very ill, the doctor refuses to refill without me going back for an appointment even though I work six days a week and am unable to go in. Apparently they are more concerned with making money on an unnecessary visit than they are about the health and needs of the patient.
