Very knowledgeable, pleasant and straightforward. Prompt service, came right on the dot of when she said she would and gave us excellent advice.
What great service. I had a problem with my fridge. They gave me same day service and was right on time. She was able to diagnose the problem and fix it right on the spot. I highly recommend this company to all my friends and family.
Terribly unprofessional!! Carol is the one and only repair person and she lacks ability. She has a reputation of not completing jobs she starts. I wish I knew this earlier. She lacks manners and does not appreciate customers so don't bother attempting to give her your business. She gets flustered and could not pull out the dishwasher starting because it wasn't professionally installed. Well it has been operating great for several years and many people install their own. She diagnosed, ordered the part, took a week to come back due to limited hours of operation, then said she didn't want to pull the dishwasher out again to install it. Save yourself time and money, she charges $110/hr......Call Sears

I'm sorry this customer was not satisfied. She failed, however, to mention that I gave her back the trip call and did not charge her anything. My hourly rate is not 110$. I also gave her the opportunity to get another quote.
Don't waste your valuable time! Carol is rude, and does not appreciate your business. She is unsure because a dishwasher wasn't professionally installed. So what!! Most aren't. Charges$110 an hour and no rebate on your diagnostic charge. Try Sears
