    Terrible Service

    I have had ongoing problems with poor service from Bell Aliant. A very rude technician did not set up FibreOp correctly or provide us with any information. We now have to wait for a service call to get a part they forgot, of course at their connivence. This was after they sent solicitors to our door (at night) who would not stop ringing the doorbell or returning to our house (to get us to switch to FibreOp). I would recommend going elsewhere for your internet.

    My business has been without phone, debit/credit, internet, wifi, ATM since Fri morning. I was told I could not get serviced until Sun. Fri and Sat are the two busies days of the week for us. Sales were lost. Received an automated message that they would arrive Sun between 8-5. We are not open Sun. Unacceptable way to treat your business customers

    Rotten service... poor reception.. three months to even acknowledge their mistake then wanted to charge to fix it.

    Great company, Great service, Great people!!!

    I've been a Bell Aliant customer my entire adult life and have enjoyed great service from personable staff including their sub contractors. Few companies today are truely commited to customer satisfaction like Bell Aliant. GREAT COMPANY!!!!
