    Not satisfied at all. Shuttle is at their convenience ONLY. We weren't the only ones to have problems. Friends thought they had reserved a car but their system failed to generate a confirmation number, hence no car. When we tried talking to them their reaction was we were lucky they rented us a car. Our recommendation is rent from someone else.
