    The Older male who works there is absolutely the worst in customer service I have seen in a long time. First incident: I went in to purchase a family member a Christmas gift, without asking what I was looking for he says we don’t sell much sterling in store you’d probably do better ordering from a catalogue. I advised him I was looking for gold not sterling, he the. Went on to say “ ohh it is kind of pricey” I took my business elsewhere

    Recently had adjustments made to a weeding band and engagement ring at Crescent in Bridgewater. Complications unfortunately occurred but the store manager went the extra mile and uncomplicated things to our complete satisfaction. Very pleasant experience and outstanding customer service!
