Terrible experience! Asked them to put down mats/runners on beige carpet on a snowy/wet day & they walked right in w/their shoes on! When asked, they rolled their eyes, sighed & told me they thought their shoes were dry. After mats were down, they walked around them on the carpets. Owner, Kevin, told me they would do their best but not to “bust their balls” if they did. I would never recommend this company to my clients/family/friends & would most definitely NEVER use them myself.
