Very limited group class options, parking is impossible and if you choose free weights - it's a "meat market". Ladies only section is a very small portion of the entire gym. Good life caters to a very specific clientele but they will glad take anyone's money

I have to say, I absolutely love Goodlife Fitness in Airdrie. Firstly, the staff are fantastic, never too busy to have a chat or help you out. Secondly, the gym is always spotlessly clean, as are the change rooms. The classes and instructors are wonderful and very motivating. You feel comfortable the moment you walk in this gym, which is far more than I can say for some others I have been to. Way to go Goodlife!
