Terrible customer service. And since my experience I've learned that this is a pretty common sentiment from many others. Even the previous review is written by a YPG rep. Stay classy. Lol
I understand that being in business for 32 years that some things can go wrong. Our BBB rating is A+ We make every effort to solve every customers problems. It's hard to help solve a problem when reviews do not have a return email to respond. I think its common knowledge that anyone can write whatever they want and you don't know if its a competitor or someone who just does these things. We have been voted best plumbing company every year there was a vote through the newspapers and I think that with the staff we have this will continue.
I would hope that if this review is sincere that the customer would phone and ask for me to see if we can get to the bottom of the issue. Everything can get worked out with good communication. We can be reached at the number associated with your listing.

Miles Plumbing Victoria BC - 2 Thumbs Up!
This is my review of Miles Plumbing Services in Victoria BC: My wife and I are very happy with the level of service we received from this company. They came on time and promptly repaired our drain ploblem and flushed out the lines. The price was also very good compared to the other estimates we received from other local plumbers. Excellent service
