These guys are totally useless. I've been waiting for a package from UPS that travelled via UPS from China. Everything went flawlessly until these guys got involved. Unfortunately UPS has contracted with Overnight Express to handle deliveries in our area. First day it's out on the truck for delivery, but the driver doesn't know the area and can't find our house. I phone UPS and give them the information they need but it takes 24 hrs!! to get it to O.N.E. Told now it'll be 3 more days.
I had to send some documents to Fort McMurray to my husband to sign for our new house. We came accross Overnight Expedite on the web and decided to try them.
