    Reaching a human agent at G & M

    I found the customer service speedy and polite, but only after dealing with the usual, very irritating, electronic "voice". When I complained to the very helpful (human) agent, she said that one could bypass the electronic voice by pressing 0. Saves the effort of repeatedly yelling "agent!" at it. Maybe this even works on other sites.
