great service and great prices

Just moved into Lorette,mb and needed a new salon! I found and heard great things from the locals that Opus was the place to go. Needless to say I loved my hair and they were so nice and the price was right!! My hair would of costed me 150.00 at least in the city to hilight but only costed 90.00 for a cut hilight and style! Thanks again opus ;)

Wonderful Experience. Will go again!!!

My mom recommended this place to me because I was very unhappy with my experiences at other places. So, I decided to take her up on her suggestion. Was I ever impressed. Not only was I able to get in fast, but the stylist was very knowledgable on different hairstyles and offered lots of suggestions when I asked her about different products. I can't wait to use my gift certificate from Christmas!!!!!!!!!!

Great Customer Service And Quality Services!!

I have had my hair done at opus and was extremely pleased with the end results, they did a fantastic job and we so kind! The girls make you feel so comfortable and appreciated!! I loved my experience and would recommend it to everyone!! :D

Opus Day Spa, 5 Star Rating

The Opus Day is ... what should I say ... ... ... that's exactly it, I am SPEECHLESS from their certified, highly trained artistic work. Where should I start: ~ Availability = Amazing. Opus will fit you in even if that means they work overtime, and get no breaks. ~Affordability = Opus has by far amazing prices for services. ~Hair = The Opus girls are truly well trained professionals. I leave it up to them to 'play' with my hair, & I come out looking like a million bucks. I will, and have been referring people to Opus, after my first visit. Those ladies at Opus Day Spa are truly artists.

amazing service!

Before I moved away, I was a client for three loyal years. Not only is the environment inviting easy on the eyes, the staff are actually friendly, not snobby or catty like at other salons. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone living in the area.

They are amazing

I have been going to Opus for as long as they have been in business and it did not matter who I saw or what I had done, all the girls that work there are very professional and courteous. I cannot see myself going anywhere else.

Poor Quality and Customer Service

They are good at getting you in quickly; unfortunatley the service stops there. The past two times I had my hair cut with them (male) I was in and out within 6-7 minutes. Needless to say the quality was poor and I will not be returning. My wife had them color her hair and it turned pink over night. They wouldn't fit her in for over 5 days so she had to go elsewhere (teachers can't go to work with pink hair). We asked for a refund and they wouldn't do it because they have a no refund policy. This day in age that is not acceptable.
