Today I went there because I had a sore throat. I waited for almost two hours and the clinic was practically empty. The doctor who checked me did not wear gloves at any time. She did not wear a mask. And she even complained because I was coughing to close to her face. I went there because I am sick in the first place. Terrible service and very unprofessional.
Not a great experience. Went to the walk-in for a UTI, was given a cup to pee in, no instructions, nothing to put the cup in once it was full and nobody seemed to know which desk to bring the sample to so I had to walk back and forth about between 3 desks with this cup of pee in my hand until somebody finally figured out who should take the sample. And waited three hours on top of that. The doctor I saw was very nice but the front desk is a let down. Confusing , embarrassing and frustrating.

One of the worst doctors I ever met in Canada, in fact it does not look like he is a Canadian trained doctor,unprofessional, rude behavior, does not listen to history, makes his own history and does not respond to questions appropriately. I am myself a doctor practicing in Canada, was extremely disappointed by his behavior. He was trying to write in the computer what i told him I did not have and ignored what I had, turning the diagnosis to what he knew, so that he can advise t/m accordingly.
Dr. Irfan Raza quite possibly has the worst bedside manner I've ever come across. He tried to rediagnose a condition I've had my whole life within 60 seconds of entering the office. He didn't listen when I attempted to explain that I've been seeing a specialist about the issue.
If you’re looking for the Winnipeg's fastest, but the worst doctor you must see Dr.Raza. I had the pleasure of meeting him couple of months back and he rushed me in, rushed me out. He will not be answering to any questions related to your illness by all sort of his doctor experience and the ethics that he learned rather expect a question "what are you going to do by knowing it, I am your doctor and I should this and not you. The next step is the prescription and you are out. Fantastic service...

Superb, professional - and finally treated with dignity. Dr. V was thorough and had me examined and diagnosed better than my own doc, will go to again!
The doctor (Dr. Raza) was bafflingly unprofessional and rude. He was reluctant do ask any questions or do anything, and asked "well, what do you expect me to do about it?" when I described my symptoms. In and out in < 2 minutes. What a bizarre experience... so bad that at least it's kind of funny.
I usually have very positive experience with doctors. This one, though I felt happy entering the office, didn't let me finish my first sentence, refused to answer my two humble questions, saying "who are you to ask me questions?", opened the door, pointed me to go out and left. It was all a minute total.I was shocked. What's this??? The reception/management said they would talk to the doctor later, but it didn't make it much easier for me.This is outrageously disrespectful.
Having a regular physician at this clinic means *nothing* when trying to contact the front desk staff to book an appointment. You will be directed to an automated operator, which will tell you to dial 20 to book an appointment with your regular physician. Don't bother - you will only get a message informing you that nobody is there to answer your call, and to please leave a message. Don't bother with that either: nobody will ever call you back. I have left repeated messages many times since I got a doctor at this clinic, and have *never* been called back. If you have a regular physician at this clinic, and want to make an appointment, the only way to do it is to go to there physically, and even then that's not a certainty. The last time I went down there, the support staff booked me into an appointment on Easter Monday. When I realized the mistake I tried to contact them to re-book, but to no avail - they must have realized their mistake at some point but did not bother to contact me to inform me or to re-book me. I have never encountered such brazen unprofessionalism nor outright negligence from a medical clinic ever in my life. I'm more astounded than anything, really, as to how they get away with it....
