I don’t know when quality control was thrown out. It was Probably at the same time the new owners took over. The patties are small and hard. You’re better off buying the frozen ones at Costco. McDonald’s now offers better burgers than this joke of a place. I’ll Never be back. It’s a shame, this used to be a great place to grab a burger

Very disappointed with the food. I ordered a cheese burger and got a chilli burger and everything was cold. Will not order from them again

Staff were rude, and the person making my food was on her dirty unclean phone whilst doing so. Will not visit again. Kitchen area was dirty too.

It took 10 minutes for the staff to acknowledge that I was standing right there. Very poor service - not friendly, very slow and my food was not even hot.

Used to work here. Mice. Cigarette butts in the food being served. Unsanitary conditions. Absolutely disgusting place. I never once ate there, and trust me; I know what goes on in the back. I worked there. NEVER EAT AT JUNIORS.
