Mama's Noodle House

So, I used to go to Pho Mama a couple years ago after work because it was the only late night vietnamese "pho" place around. How desperate do you have to be? I stopped going their about 2-3 years ago when I ordered Rare beef Pho #31 , and after mixing it up and eating a bit, found some chow fan noodles in the bottom of it accompanied by shrimp. I almost puked. Had I just eaten someones left overs? The pho broth was never that good to begin with and their noodles were usually getting old but t
