    Absolutely horrible mattress warranty service. So complicated to make a claim online. Repeated demands for more measurements etc. so they could refuse claim. Entire pillowtop shifted after 8 months causing sidewalls to collapse. But damage not bad enough for warranty. DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM THE BRICK.

    Melvin that works at The Brick Warehouse is excellent. We had an item that wouldn’t fit in our car and he was clever enough to figure out how to make it work. This is the second time we’ve dealt with him at The Brick Warehouse and he provided excellent service once again!

    We have dealt with the Brick before and have always received excellent service. On April 18, my wife and I went to purchase a new stove. We were served by Pedro. He helped us chose a nice stove. Pedro is an excellent employee, we look forward to dealing with him in the future. Thanks Pedro for the service.

    Did an medical emergency purchase over the phone with Leah and have a little bit of technical problem with our purchase but she was very nice to follow it up until the technician come to fix the problem. Now enjoying the product. It you need anything with furnitures look for Leah

    My experience overall was very good. I’m happy with my frame and mattress. Donny (manager) and Naveen (associate) were quick to resolve any issues that I had. Overall, great management and service 😊😊😊

    HORRIBLE SALES CULTURE. I deeply regret making my first big furniture purchase here. They do not disclose the automatic enrollment into the most expensive and unnecessary insurance plan you've ever heard of. Management condones and supports it. Go local instead.

    It’s our first time to buy furniture at The Brick for our new home and Leah Aragon-Anas, Sales Consultant was there to help us. She is very friendly, me and my husband enjoyed chatting with her while waiting for all the paperwork. We didn’t have any problem with her. Honest, pleasant, knowledgeable and informative about all aspects of the product. If you want a stress free shopping, look for her, we definitely recommend her to everyone.

    terrible return policy even for unused items. Also, they will guarantee you that an item will be delivered at the chosen date or before but keeps on delaying the pick-up/delivery date. won't buy again at this store or any other the brick location unless it is super sale.

    Bought a $500 BONDED leather chair and matching ottoman. Only 1 1/2 years of wear and the armrest is complete worn out. Customer service acknowledges their BONDED leather furniture is GARBAGE and they will no longer be carrying it. But I say what about the customers who trusted buying at the Brick and are now out $500. Theres no one willing to help out. Its like buying a LEMON for a car. I would never go back to that dealership and I'm done with the Brick. Buyers beware!!

    Bought a adjustab...

    Bought a adjustable glass table. Which was great! Then the compression broke about 11 months into having my table. Technician came out january 11th and ordered the compression. They said 2 weeks the part will be in then called to see if it was in they said another 2 weeks. Well its march 3rd now and they tell me its till march 24th. Trust me youd rather buy furniture at walmart. Dont deal with the brick not worth the headache.
