    795 Sterling Lyon - Don’t plan on getting your damage deposit back! Didn’t get this on move in, but on move out they give you an exhaustive list of items to professionally clean, etc... Wouldn’t be so bad, except they don’t take care of their broken items. Calls about our hot water heater, or our neighbors faucet just go unanswered, they just don’t care. One apartment had a huge crack in the wall, and cold air poured in when it was incredibly cold. Apartment wouldn’t warm up. No reply.

    They are THE WORST at answering they’re messages. I’ve called and left a message with the property manager and never received a call back. Have dealt with sewage back-ups for the past 3 years and squirrels in the attic.

    This is a horrible company. The manager of one of their buildings used dirty words and is racial discrimination to my country which hurts my heart. Thay laugh at me. I know as an international student I will face many kind of things but they are horrible and I will never forget what they did to me.
