The firm, founded in 1977, is located at 4 Centennial Road, Hampton, New Brunswick. The Court House is directly across the street and we are only a short drive from the Registry Office. The majority of the firm's clientele are from the City of Saint John (20 minutes away), the Kennebecasis Valley and Sussex. We also have a satellite offices located in the Grand Manan Business Centre on Grand Manan, New Brunswick as well as in Moncton, New Brunswick. The firm members appear in the Saint John Courts daily. David Lutz, Q.C., who specializes in criminal, family and personal injury law, travels throughout the province as much of his practice is referral work. Frank Longstaff specializes in environmental law.     I would be completely embarrassed to use them as a lawyer. I received a letter today from them that my young child could have filled out better. It was dropped off to a child in my area. From spelling mistakes, to incorrect dates it was completely embarrassing to read. But the best part is I received someone else’s sensitive information as well. Would never recommend. I called the office to let them know their mistake and they didn’t care and were rude to me about it.

    Parish seemed oblivious to my concerns. Very expensive and was told I should represent myself and save my money. I was told this after I have payed a large amount of money over the past 2 years and have a trial where my ex has made an application for Sole Custody of our children. Carley told me she would tell the Court that I was not listening to her advice and make an application to have herself removed. Very unprofessional and unethical in my opinion. I would not recommend Carley Parish.

    Do not work for the best of your children. Very expensive. Will hold access to your children for ransom.
