    Better lunch buffet than pizza hut!

    I don't eat there often, but I've gone to their buffet a handful of times over the past few years. I can say with 100% certainty that their buffet is better than pizza hut's. I'm not a huge fan of either's pizza on it's own, it's far too expensive compared to other options in town, i.e Romano's!! but during a buffet you set your own value, and if you can pack away slices it's well worth your dime.

    Horrible Service.

    Unfortunately this is not a good review.. We decided to celebrate a special family occasion at this location. I have always liked the atmosphere there and the kid friendly atmosphere. ( But why is the fireplace never turned on...Unfortunately they ruined what was an important family occasion. Service was the worst I have ever experienced. Took 30 minutes and a reminder just to get drinks and after 1 hour and a half we still had not had the desert which we ordered at the start of the meal. Our waitress seemed to just forget about us. During our meal there were only 5-8 other parties there. Most came after us and were out the door before we were. It is not liked we ordered anything unique as we just ordered the special. The service was horrible and unfortunately I have to cross off a restaurant that we liked to go to. I mentioned my displeasure to the manager and got a shrug. I would encourage others if they want a nice meal out not to patronize this restaurant as it will turn an nice family occasion into a nightmare. I could understand if they were busy but being at 25 percent capacity I dont see how they could not attend the patrons that they had. Dont let them ruin your night!
