Grew my hair out for close to a year had a beautiful hairstyle picked out showed the lady and she said she knew exactly what I wanted and had no trouble giving me the hairstyle. When she was finished it looked absolutely nothing like it and all that time growing it out for that style I was very disappointed and upset now I have a hairstyle I hate and she cut way too much off. So yes very disappointed 😔
