    I would give him 0 star if that were an option. He completely dismissed me and anything I had to say. Very flippant with any of my concerns and arrogant.

    Dr Haley was arrogant. He would not listen to any opinion but his own Can not stand to be questioned. Discharged me from health Sciences because he could not answer a question without getting into an igo thing.
