Dr. Jessica Head is pleased to announce that she is currently accepting new patients. Originally from Comfort Cove-Newstead, NL, Dr. Head completed a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) from Memorial University in 2008. She then attended the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Doctor of Optometry in 2012. During her studies, Dr. Head was an active member in Optometric Honor Societies, including Beta Sigma Kappa, Gold Key International and Tomb and Key Honor Fraternity. She also had the privilege of traveling to both Mexico and Honduras for optometric mission trips where she provided eye exams to under serviced populations. more... See more text
