Owner and Operator Tarek Jaml, was born and raised in Latakia, Syria. He later moved on to United Arab Emirates where he continued to live the next 15 years away from his family and more importantly, his mother's home cooking. It was this yearning that enticed Tarek to learn the art of cooking.It was in UAE, where Tarek meet his Newfoundlander wife and here he is, in St. John's recreating the flavours of his home for everyone to enjoy
