I’m Hughe on customer service. I walked in the lady never said hello or even looked at me. I was friendly said “hello and how are you” no response. I then asked for my sub and still she hasn’t spoken to me. I ask what soup they had she pointed to a sign. She said do you want this heather? And what veggies? When it came to the sauce she just looked at me and said nothing.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
I left a tip of $7 and said I hope she has a good day....still nothing from her.
I visited 100 main st dartmouth location on sat dec 9 we were seved by erna she was so great ! With this time of year so busy trying to get things done and stressed! We came here and it was such a pleasent experience being served by someone with such upbeat manner and fun it changed how tired and and irratated that we were from our day! You have a great team member to have on your team! We deffendly will be coming to that location again! Thank you!
