A night out in Halifax – with pizza!
Bramoso is sort of a hybrid, as they serve wings, nachos and garlic fingers (typical Halifax pizza shop fare) alongside artisanal, farm-to-table brick oven pizza. Local ingredients are sourced from a whole roster of partners and there are lots of veggelicious pizza options that you can order with house-made vegan cheese and a gluten-free crust, if you wish. The dining room is very casual, but licensed, offering a mix of local and imported beer and wines. Bramoso also delivers, and has a stall at the Seaport Market where their breakfast pizza reigns supreme!

Bramoso Pizza is dedicated to taste, health and sustainability. An emphasis on local ingredients is at the heart of these “artisanal” pizzas, which are cooked in a brick oven. There are 40 different pizza toppings, including 10 cheeses, a roster of local meats and an army of veggies! White, whole wheat and gluten-free crusts are available. Bramoso even makes its own vegan cheese from local organic tofu and herbs. You can order a take ‘n’ bake pizza, or get one piping hot. The only downside is that they close early (10 p.m. most nights).
