We strive for early intervention to prevent and alleviate disability by encouraging function and independence of our clients. PhysioLink uses a team approach in the delivery of care to optimize maximal return to activity through goal orientated client centered treatment programs.

Porters Lake Physiotherapy Clinic was established in 1994 as the first physiotherapy clinic on the Eastern Shore. We later changed our name to PhysioLink Porters Lake reflecting our multidisciplinary team and our philosophy of active lifestyle. As a locally owned and operated business we strive for a holistic approach to health care with a focus on wellness. The PhysioLink Team has grown to include physiotherapists, massage therapists, kinesiologist, personal training specialist onsite as well as community liaisons with occupational therapists, nutritionist and psychologists.
