I recently took my vehicle here and was disgusted with the way "the owner" spoke to me. She is rude and told me "I was making her blood pressure rise, and she was about to lose it on me". All for asking qquestions concerning the work they did to my vehicle. Im very disappointed in the way the situation was handled, looking for someone to fix the problems the caused. They know how to waste your time and money. GM specialist is not what I would call them.

she had a her vehicle diagnosed at another shop needing a new module programmed to make her rear window wiper work (we are one of few shops that do programming outside the dealer) the module is expensive an cannot be returned once programed. so we had a quick look at it an told her she did not need the module that here rear wiper motor was seized an programming the module would not fix her problem an that she wouldn't be able to return her module she bought. she yelled at us an said I already had it diagnosed you just program it. so we programed it (which cost us to buy the program every time) an guess what her wiper didn't work. so we had to charge her it cost us money but for some reason it became all are fault.



I took my vehicle in for an alignment and the staff were very polite and service was fast. excellent all around.It is also great place for all mechanical and especially electrical.

How unhelpful can you get?

I called to ask if I could speak to service to ask if they had anyone on staff who knew Subarus and the woman on the phone was rude, discourteous and completely unhelpful. She wouldn't even put me through to the service department. She asked me "What exactly are you after?" as if I had some kind of hidden agenda. I explained "I am just looking for somewhere nearby to bring my Subaru and wondered if any of your staff has experience working on them." I can't believe how rude she was. Everywhere else I have called put me through to the service department and I was able to speak with the service manager.
