I've been to Active Life various times and have nothing but good things to say. Extremely surprised to see the negative comment. The staff are professional and very friendly. Most importantly, they always make me feel better!
After spending thousands of dollars, including paying twice the retail cost for a knee brace, they charged me a cancellation fee for missing a single appointment. I've never charged or been charged a cancellation fee by any other business or professional. This was a terrible way to treat a client.
