We went today to ...

We went today to Lobster Pound Restaurant and it was a the WORST experience in my whole life. First, the server was so rude once she saw me coming in with a baby. She just walked me to the table without smiling for even saying Hi. Second, after 2 min the chef came with a KNIFE in his hand and told us in a very rude and aggressive way: "Baby has to be quite (with a knife gesture symboling silence) or you have to leave!" I went to him and asked is this not a kids friendly restaurant and he said NO, it's just for adults it is always a quite environment here.

Best food on Cape Breton Island!

I have been here many times. Every time I have loved what I ordered. Service is wonderful and the food is phenomenal. Its always a nice touch when the owner/cook comes to make sure your meal was everything you expected.
