Tried charging an extra $20 more than the set price because it took him longer to get to the pick up point. Literally.threathen the young girl that she ended up being asked to get out at the nearest gas station. Motifying behavior. Doesn't matter where you are when you take the call. The price is decided on between pt A to B not anything before or after that.

Very rude operator, no good customer service. I ordered a taxi from the main entrance of VRH, 20 minutes later I saw the taxi leaving from the emergency entrance. I called this taxi company that I’d been standing at the main entrance and I didn’t see a taxi, he rudely interrupted me insisting that the taxi was at the main entrance and I was lying, I tried explaining that it’s my experience and I was out there in front of the hospital and this operator hung up on me. Wouldn’t recommend.

Safe ass alternative to driving home in a state less than sober. Great alternative to getting home. Friendly people, very prompt and great service.
