on my initial visit the therapist took me 45 min late-no apology for keeping me waiting, the secretary told me she was with another patient, but the guy before me left 45 min earlier-she never bothered to check to see if I was waiting and the secretary didn't bother to tell the therapist I was waiting. What was supposed to be a 45 min assessment ended up only being 20 min. I booked another appt but had to cancel-no follow up from the office at all-guess they don't want my business.
