Have been going there for years and always delivered hot and fresh. Went in person on Saturday and young man at the counter said my order would be about 20 minutes. I said “no problem”. I ordered an egg roll, sweet and sour shrimp and chicken vegetables and almonds. $26. My order was ready in about 4 minutes. I thought that strange. Shrimp and my chicken dish were obviously microwaved and not fresh. Soggy and dry. Egg roll was the only freshly cooked item.

becoming very unhappy about the service

My family has frequented this restaurant since it first opened in the 1970's. Over the past couple of years we have found that the quality of service has been constantly deteriorating. Almost every order we have place in the past two years has had one item missing. Today it was the sweet and sour shrimp. I had to go back to the restaurant to place my complaint and found that the shrimp was sitting on the back counter. The attitude of the person working was "oh well these things happen". I got the impression from the person on the counter that this is a frequent occurrence. It would be nice if they could offer a sincere apology or some sort or compensation for the inconvenience.

I grew up on this food!

LOL! I still visit from time to time. The food is amazing! This is the food we used to get whenever mom had enough money, the portions so huge they last for days! Best sweet and sour chicken balls in the world!

My family has been getting Chinese food there...

My family has been getting Chinese food there since the 1970s. I've had Chinese food all over the place from here to Edmonton to Cornwall and this food is the BEST. My inlaws, who'd sworn by a shop in Cornwall would only eat Oriental Kitchene.

I have been eating their BBQ fried chicken wings...

I have been eating their BBQ fried chicken wings for the past 20 years and have determined thats one of their best specials! Its crispy fried fresh! Their rice dishes taste good, special mixed rice. But the sweet and sour pork and lemon chicken is below standard. I recommend sticking with the most popular dishes. Overall it is a good resurant, it is what you pay for.

Pathetic, Grotesuque, Over-Priced.

Lets just say, this is the worst restaurant(if you can call it that) on the face of the earth. The food is outrageously expensive, a meal for four cost over $50, the food took over an hour and a half to get to my house. When it arrived, it was cold and there were MULTIPLE pieces of black hair in the rice and noodles. I hope the owners shut down shop and NEVER return to down.

Pretty good

We live down the street, so we generally go pick up our food. Orders are ready in 20-30 minutes from the time placed (even on a Friday night). I did have them deliver once, because I was lazy, I think it took 45 minutes. 2 egg rolls = 2.80 1/2 order (1 container) Canotonese Chow Mein = 7.95 Chicken Fried Rice = 6.00 Sweet & Sour Chicken Balls (with sauce) = 8.45 You save 10% for pickups... but you have to pay 50cents for debit use. We've ordered from here a bunch of times in the 2 years we've lived here... and we always love it... plus there are leftovers! Not the fanciest place, but it's not like we're eating there. Convenient and pretty tasty. I've never had a problem with the staff being rude, but I am always polite to them.

This is without a doubt THE BEST Chinese Food I have ever had! I've been a happy customer there for over 30 years and the food has remained absolute top notch the for the duration. If your looking for a place then will NEVER cut corners when it come to quality this is the place! if you if you won't except anything but FRESH ingredients, again this is the place, 10 stars out of 10 for this fine restaurant.
