Had a very excellent experience today. I went in looking for a new pillow and to browse at mattresses, and ended up buying the most comfortable mattress I've ever laid on. Warren, the salesperson I dealt with, was absolutely fantastic, and really helped narrow down my needs. I highly recommend this store. Good quality, great service, great prices.

Our salesperson Michelle was very helpful and great to do business with. She was pleasant and knowledgeable, not a pushy salesperson which we really appreciated! Good selection of couches to choose from and we felt very comfortable sitting on several to find the best fit for us.

Friendly no pressure service. Easy entry and loads of time to look around. If you couldn’t see it on the floor the server rep could pull it up on a big screen for viewing. Follow up was fast and great prices.

Furniture is garbage! We spent over $5000 on a new living room set and the cushions compressed almost immediately. Ordered replacement ones and they forgot one, have been waiting months for the new cushion. In the meantime they are all crap again. The only thing worse than their product is their service. Honestly our 10 year old set that we moved to the basement is better than this new set. What a scam.
