Barrie & Community Family Medicine Clinics

This clinic was so friendly and is doing their absolute best given the COVID situation. We did have to wait a while for our test but they are dealing with patients coming from all over york region while still handling their regular clinic work. The doctor was so sweet and kind. Thank you to everyone who works here.

I wish I could choose 0 stars. Very unprofessional, asks personal questions infront of other clients and there is no way of contacting them. They only give you a number that is useless and fully automated with no human interaction option. Felt bad because I was sick, left feeling worse because they treat you like you are nothing

My first time at this clinic was very upsetting! The doctor was not very professional at the advice and response that I have received from her. I brought my baby in to get checked and the doctor said very abruptly “should I call children’s Aid”! I was caught off guard by this comment and felt belittled and disrespected!! All I wanted to do was to check if my baby was okay. If the doctor was concerned she should of definitely approached it in a different way. I Left the clinic feeling depressed.
