James was thorough in his examination and quotation. He was prompt and efficient and worked safely. He was tidy and meticulous and reviewed any concerns that came up. He repaired our very old chimney and put in a French drain and fixed our retaining wall. Despite uncertain weather he was able to complete all projects in a timely manner and to our satisfaction.
My experience with Aston Construction was very positive! Travelling from Barrie all the way North to Waubaushene to replace some damaged siding and fascia. Punctual, polite, very detailed, and knowledgeable, James was very patient taking the time to answer all my questions. He was more of a perfectionist than I am so the work was impeccable and the yard spotless when he was done. I now have my new go-to guy!
Our thanks to James for solving the problem with an area of poor drainage near a corner of our house. A short French drain was installed with two new downspouts and gaps in the concrete steps were were expertly repaired. As well, the basement windows and a porch post were clad to save us from constant painting. James was prompt and reliable. We felt confident in the quality of his workmanship and gladly recommend him to others.
James helped us with putting in the french drain at the back and front of the house as well as repairing our walkways and sides of the house. He was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the work to us in detail. He was punctual and left our place very clean and tidy each time. Highly recommend James if you need a handyman for your house exterior project. He did amazing job for giving my house a new look. Incredible, he did all by himself. During the project, he kept me update the working status and explained how his work could improve my house & what the expected result would be seen. From his workmanship, I can tell he is not the person just get the job done but does it passionately.
