Absolute nightmare dealing with this company. Their lifetime warranty is not worth the paper its written on. Tried to get replacement parts under warranty for my (practically new) fireplace and also my BBQ. All parts were supposedly covered under warranty. Was hit with nothing but condescending remarks and rudeness from their warrantee claims department. Called the salesman who sold me the fireplace, left multiple messages and still have not heard back from him. Dont buy from this company!

Absolutely brutal. I ordered a Prestige Pro 665 RSIB in June. I had to pay upfront. I was told it would be 2 weeks for the bbq t be ready for pick up. Here we are into September and still no bbq. I finally got the call to go pick up the bbq. When I arrived, I was told that it was not there. I lost the entire summer and am being jerked around. They MIGHT make great bbqs but customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced. Maybe the bbq will be ready for the winter.
