    We bought a 27,000 geothermal system in 2013 and this system has failed every single year since purchase - one of these instances was 13 days without heat in the middle of the winter. This system has now failed twice this week in the middle of this heat wave. Reliance continues to state the system is fine. Moreover, they have falsified the contract - we signed on a 10 year parts and labour, but the contract they produced shows 10 years parts and 5 years labour. Stay away from this company

    job well done

    had these guys put a new furnace and ac into my place through their rental program and it was great. clean quick install and the salesman (darcy ) was great, very informative
