    Each and every single time we go for an appointment, we end up sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes to an hour as the Secretary constantly over books. Looking for a more efficient audiologist.

    I apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you. I strive to ensure that all patients receive the dedicated care required to address their hearing needs. In most cases this fits within the allotted appointment time or less. Unfortunately unforeseen complications or emergency situations may interrupt the schedule. I take hearing health care very seriously and want every patient to leave my clinic feeling that their needs have been fully addressed. Once again my sincerest apologies, Dino.
