    I was the only one waiting in line and nobody served me for a good 5 minutes even though there were quite a few staff on floor. When I was served, I saw a package of cigarettes, a lighter and a cellphone on the counter. Not only is that unprofessional, but also hazerdous. When I asked for the soy option with my iced capp, the cashier obliged, but gave me whipped cream without asking, which I have been asked every time I’ve ordered an iced capp.

    Angela Manager failure to provide appropriate guest service

    Hi there, Usually I love going here but this morning I had a disappointing experience in regards to appropriate guest service. I went through the drive thru to order food with my little brother. The manager who took my money and handed me my food did not talk (or smile) to me and handed my food with a frown. After thanking her for the food she ignored me. The manager's name is Angela I believe and I hope that she understands that her actions created an unwelcoming environment for customers.

    Not happy with services every time I have gotten a coffee or bagel my coffee has never tasted right and there is hardly any cream cheese on the bagels

    I go do this loca...

    I go do this location everyday, and in the last 2 months my service as been horrible. I am not a complainer as I work with the public also. But I can't take it anymore, today was the topper I ordered a steep tea which got knocked onto the floor that was fine at least I thought it was I got to work with my tea leaking and all damaged I the bottom so it makes me think they didn't give me a new cup which could be dangerous. I'm not looking for anything just want them aware so they can get back to the service and quality that they used to be. I go to this location often as it is close to my work, I don't want to go to a different location out of my way but I will if my service continues to be disappointing. Well that's my rant. Hope you get back to the amazing service I used to have as I like the employees very much. Have a wonderful day!
