We arrived at the restaurant about 5:50 pm and it was packed. So upon arrival, we had to sign in and wait about 10 minutes. Then when we did get our table, we ordered our food and drinks, but due to the number of customers, our server was very distracted. So we ended up waiting 10 minutes for our food, but it was worth it when it arrived. The food was excellent, but our service was a little frustrating. The prices were also reasonable. It was about $33 for two of us to eat. Nonetheless, we will continue to go here.

Classy, nice surrounding and great food. The waiters and waitresses are very friendly. Bolton does have a great Swiss Chalet!

WOW! This place was awesome. The food was excellent, and the service was unforgetable. We had chicken and ribs, and were served by a hot waiter named Patrick mmmm... I would definatly go back.

Service wasn't very good at all. The food arrived "warm" and the plates were so messy they looked like they were used before we got them. Good Chance I won't be going back I was actually not pleased with the entire experience!

Nothing special about this place. Its your typical Swiss Chalet. Same menu as all he others, same decor and the like. Only difference is that every time I've been, or people I know have been to this location, the food is always lukewarm at best. The service was mediocre. Staff didn?t seem all too bright or efficient. Adding in it was a pretty slow night, you'd expect it to all be better. Doubt I'll be returning. Rather go to the Swiss chalet in Harvey's down the street.
