A very poor overall job done on my pets. Many mistakes were made that they refused to address. Very unprofessional. Save your time folks and go elsewhere.

I’ve been having my dog Reggie groomed at the Kleinburg location for over a year now. He is not the easiest terrier to handle especially around other dogs. But the great staff are very patient with him and he always looks great. Thanks folks!!
We have been taking our dog to B-Grooming since a little puppy. They are so kind and professional. Always taking time to stop and explain things. Always willing to accommodate. Extremely happy and highly would recommend.
Terrible customer service!!! Did an aweful job with my dogs groom, they missed spots and left holes in other spots. When I brought it to the owners attention she made all kinds of excuses. Offered to fix the trim by offering me an appointment 3 weeks away... my dog has to look like a ratty mess for 3 weeks!!! In the end she blamed my dog! SAVE YOUR DOG AND YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
so my husky is 39 pounds .. they charged me 92.00 which boggles my mind because they said it goes by size starting at 50 and told me my dog was on the smaller end.. and then my dog was still shedding a lot If you have a dog that need their coat blown out I do not recommend this place they over charge and don’t do what they say they can do.
They decided after 5 years to start charging us more because they said we didn’t bring our dog in often enough. Five years of bringing him faithfully every 6 weeks was suddenly going to cost us more because they figured they’d rather get money out of us every 4 weeks instead. His small size & excellent coat was no longer a basis for pricing as it had been for 5 years. It’s ok, over the years, they’ve become careless & I wouldn’t want my pup being the one falling off the table.
I am extremely pleased with the service we received! My Golden is an extremely high anxiety dog who can sometimes be hard to handle. She can also sometimes be aggressive with other dogs if she's overly stressed. I was 100% honest about her issues with them so they knew how to deal with her. The staff are fantastic and took the time to listen to my concerns. The end result is all around fantastic! The took the time to take give her walk brakes, cuddle brakes, and even a little play time.
I have been with b pro for many 6 years now. They treat my dogs very well. they are excited to go there. they do take there time to groom the dogs but they also give the dogs rest as grooming can be stressful. I have been to other places who either mistreated my dog or was not able to groom my dog. I know i am giving my dogs the best service and best treatment.
I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY!!!! I WOULD HATE TO THINK HOW THEY HANDLE YOUR PETS!!!! I WAS IN SHOCK AND DISGUSTED WITH THE WAY GINGER TREATED ME AT THE KLEINBURG LOCATION!!!!!

I am very sorry you had a bad experience with b-pro. I understand pricing is a problem. We have a four week price program and any other work is done on the basis of time spent on the work and care provided to your pet. Products used and time spent are all factors in pricing. As a master certified groomer and owner of b-progrooming academy we care very much for our pets and take all work very seriously and we provide only the best products used along with professional staff with superior work.

Justin we are very sorry you where not satisfied with our quality of work, I am not sure why you are upset. We offer a seven day redo and any time if a problem occurs we try very hard to resolve any issues. Please call me and we will discuss this.
