Not satisfied at all!!

if I could rate it 0 I would terrible customer service, the food was not cooked properly asked for a refund no refunds paid 4$ for patio wedges they said I could switch it for veggies so i basically paid four dollars for corn and on top of that the lady working walked by my table and laughed while looking at me not satisfied at all worst place to go too the back kitchen looks horrible and not clean

Well the only thing I like when I go their is the bourbon rice with Louisiana chicken, and I always ask for them to pour some bourbon sauce to make it less dry, and it taste great! Although, the portion of rice is way to much for the amount of chicken the give, so I always end up regretfully throwing it away. As for the service it really fast, even when theirs a line, but because of this the lady's seem unfriendly and almost rude.

I have visited this location and had ordered...

I have visited this location and had ordered their special Burbon chicken to go. The cooking area looks clean, and food is plentiful, the serving area always seemed clean and in order, service was fast and no communication barriers really. The food tastes wonderful and is a different twist to chicken and rice, plus they have other side "dishes" to choose from if you don't want rice or if you want to add veggies. The price is fair and serving is a good size. The only thing I must warn, is their hot n spicy chicken for me, was really too hot than tastey, and as for the Burbon chicken, that stuff is the best chicken and rice meal I have had in a while. Just if you have cavities, or a sensitive teeth you may want to try a little first, because my teeth tend to get irritated with sweets, but this chicken is the best and its not their fault my teeth are sensitive. The only thing I did not like about this location was the openess of bramlea city center food court area, I prefer a restaurant, quiet closed atmosphere, but like I mentioned I was taking out and some people won't be bothered by it's location. I am sure I can find a quiet corner somewhere.
